If you’re not satisfied with any Bud Love scent that you’ve tried for the first time, please reach out to us at customerservice@budlove.com with your feedback and order number. As a gesture of goodwill, we may refund the lower of the price of a 1.5g pouch for each scent you’re not satisfied with or the price you paid. If you’re trying a new scent for the first time, we suggest starting with a 1.5g sampler pouch.
